What if I accidentally stain or damage a rented item?
Please contact Perfect Moment Customer Services at enquries@perfectmomentrental.com. When the item is received back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether laundering, repair or additional charge, in part or full, from the renter as compensation to the owner for their loss.
What happens if the item is damaged on delivery?
Please contact Perfect Moment Customer Services at info@perfectmomentrental.com. We will arrange a collection and offer a full refund if the item has not been worn. Please check each item prior to removing the security tag and wearing the item. If the tag has been removed, we will be unable to provide a refund.
Who is responsible for cleaning rented items?
Perfect Moment Rental will take care of cleaning and maintaining all items on their return to ensure that the most sustainable washing processes are followed. This service is included in the rental rate for a standard, expected level of wear and tear. Should an item require excessive cleaning, beyond a standard level of wear and tear, penalties may be incurred.
